September 4, 1998
Present: Don Hackmann, Jim Stevens, Rick Musson, and Larry McCann
Meetings will be held at 11:00 on the first and third Tuesday's - This will allow for
review of Council agenda items before. meeting.
Discussion on coordination of projects, The department heads need to work together and
keep abreast of the activities that are planned. This should save funds and allow for work
coordination.
Discussion on water project.
Discussion on shop area and space planning for Fire Police and Ambulance. The
Ambulance service is operated out of one room that lacks space for desk and chair. The
Police do not have a space for evidence and stolen items to be stored.
The shop operations are not conducive to having Police and Fire storage mixed in with
the activities. We need to do a master plan on the shop area or look at other areas to
expand into.
The storage areas if expanded do not correct the operational areas of Police and
Ambulance. The Fire Dept. has a long-range plan for expansion of the FAP.
Discussion on clear vision zones. The ordinance has to be developed.
