PERSONNEL COMMITTEE

Committee Members/Others Present: Bob Graham, Ron Marshal, Chuck Rodgers, Jim
Flisrand, Andy Loebe
Subject: (1) Maintenance Superintendent Position - Review and Appointment
(2) City Treasurer's Absentee
Personnel Committee reviewed all data submitted by the Interviewing Committee.
Interviewing Committee for the Maintenance Superintendent position consisted
of Donna Kilpatrick, Albert Ehrlick, Gay Easton, and Jim Flisrand. Information
discussed with the applicant on November 27, 1995 included: Probational period
for this position will be 6 months, with an evaluation. at 3 months and the 5th
month; job description with duties and responsibilities; applicant's experience and
qualifications; hours of work, benefits, and goals and objectives.
Personnel Committee discussed the Interviewing Committee's information with the
applicant, Mr. Loebe, with more detailed questioning on experience, qualifications,
and proposed maintenance improvements.
Motion by Ron Marshal and seconded by Bob Graham to appoint Andy Loebe to the
Maintenance Superintendent Position. Motion carried.
Other discussion related to the absence of the City Treasurer due to illness and the
required duties of that position. No action.
