The Committee reviewed the January claims and recommended that they
be paid.
The Committee reviewed three buy/sell proposals submitted by A Haus
of Realty, Inc., for clients of theirs to buy the City lot in
Cherry Hills subdivision. (see attached)
Motion by Ron Marshall, seconded by Gay Easton to accept the
offer from Jacob C. and Terri Lambrecht. Motion carried.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
