CITY HALL MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman- Donna Kilpatrick Bob Graham Ron Marshall Don Hackmann Chuck Rodgers OTHERS PRESENT: Darrell McGillen Dave Michael Don distributed a letter written by him to the City Attorney regarding the 1992-93 audit report. Don presented a schedule of meetings to review the 1994-95 Preliminary budgets. Meetings will be held on Wednesdays, April 20, & 27th, and May 4th, 11th and 18th. Bob Graham reviewed the report from GEO Research regarding the landfill monitoring costs of $33,608 for calendar year 1994. (see Garbage committee minutes of 4-18-94) Purchase requisitions were reviewed and approved as follows: GENERAL FUND Six tires for Brush Truck ##1 mounted and balanced Cabinets and installation for library $ 595.50 (donations) Driver education workshop for Matt 2,393.05 Hoppell and Ken Reil 30m utility bills, 1m water deposit 250.00 receipts, 5 cases of 3-part computer paper Two man saver safety bars for Engine 1,022.00 #3 One 55 gal. drum wet water for water 440.00 tanks on engines One 27" color tv and one VHS player and 750.00 recorder for fire dept. training 700 00 Travel expense to Cody fire training for .
