BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
MAY 4, 1994 - 4:30 P.M.
OLD COUNCIL CHAMBERS

Sharon Herman has had several complaints regarding dandelions at
the Cemetery. She contacted ChemLawn and got a bid for weed
control in the amount of $850.00 and a bid of $1,168.00 for weed
control and fertilizer.
Discussion. Don and Sharon reviewed the current budget and found
that there is still a sufficient amount available to spray this
fiscal year.
Motion by Ron Marshall, seconded by Bob Graham, to spend
$850.00 for weed control only. Motion carried.
It was suggested that another application be budgeted in the 1994-
95 budget to be applied this fall.
The committee reviewed the 1994-95 budget, as follows:
Ambulance
City Court
City Attorney
Library
City Hall
City Clerk
The budget meetings that were scheduled for May 11th and May 18th
have been changed to Monday, May 16th and Wednesday, May 25th.
Wednesday, June 1st was added to possibly complete the 1994-95
preliminary budgets at that time. Meetings are scheduled to begin
at 4:30 p.m. in the old council chambers.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
