BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
May 17, 1994 4:30 p.m.

Don Hackmann Gay Easton
Discussion regarding soliciting bids for the 1993-94 and 1994-95
fiscal years. Don will write a letter to the three local CPA
firms.
Discussion regarding the water fund operating cash. Due to a low
cash balance ($18,802) as of 4-30-94, the committee recommended not
to make the $2,500 monthly transfer from operating cash to the
reservoir reserve cash account for May and June.
Discussion regarding the Cove Ditch assessment and water rights.
(Dave will go to their next meeting on June 1st)
The meeting was adjourned at 4:53 p.m.
