The Committee reviewed the claims for October and recommended that
they be paid.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:

Discussion was held regarding the garbage truck rotation program.
Motion by Ron Marshall, seconded by Gay Easton to approve the
purchase of a used garbage truck from the City of Billings in the
amount of $18,000.00. Motion carried. (Tandem automated Heil
garbage truck).
The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
