BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
DECEMBER 20, 1994 4:30 P.M.

Don reported on a letter which he received from the DOC regarding
a 2-year audit. This meets with their approval and is allowed
under Title 2, Chapter 7, Part 5, MCA.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
GENERAL FUND
Ambulance supplies
Fee for teaching First Responder Class
STATE GAS TAX FUND
3/4" road material
3/4" road material
• SEWER FUND
Two pipe cable lift stands to repair piping
at WWTP
Hand pipe threader SAWZALL tapping fluid

Trouble shoot heaters in blower building and
