The Committee reviewed the claims for the month of August and
recommended that they be paid.
The Committee voted 3 to 1 that the claim from Judy Frank for a
refund on the picnic shelter be denied. The committee stated this
is something they do not want getting started.
Several new vendors were reviewed and approved. Committee
recommends that no further purchases be made from West Chem Inc.
and Metro Lighting Corporation.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:

The Committee reviewed the bid from John Coffman for the City owned
lot in Cherry Hills Subdivision. His bid was $6,500.00. Motion by
Ron Marshall and Second by Norman Orr not to accept this bid.
Motion carried.
Discussion on whether or not to pump out the silt from the Water
Reservoir. Motion by Bob Graham and Second by Norman Orr to pump
out the silt at the Reservoir. Motion carried.
The committee recommends disposal of the old computer system.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
