BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
SEPTEMBER 21, 1993 4:30 P.M.

The Committee approved purchase requisitions as follows:
GENERAL FUND
Three sets of 1993 MCA code books:
1- City Judge
1- Police Department
1- Clerk's Office $ 834.00
One computer terminal installed for
Treasurer, City Attorney and
Police Department to be located in
room next to Treasurer's office. 745.00
Windshield and hood for 1976 Chevy
ambulance. 300.00
Recording system for City Court and
Council meetings 2,395.00
Dave Michael received two bids for painting the Water Office,
computer room, hall entrance, hallway and ceiling and bathrooms.
HC Construction bid $1,455.00 and Arden's Decorating bid $648.00
(plus the ceiling in the hallway). Discussion regarding workmen's
Camp. coverage.
The Committee recommended to accept the bid from Arden's Decorating
and Dave will check to see if he has Workmen's Comp. coverage or an
exemption certificate.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:47 p.m.
