Discussion regarding the repair of fire hydrants.
Work will start next week on the replacement of water line on
the 800 and 900 Block of Wyoming Avenue.
In about a week to ten days we will start laying asphalt
on East Maryland between Washington and Alder Avenue.
The Thomson Park Project should be completed next week, when
the benches and picnic tables are installed and trees planted.
Discussion regarding the weeds and dandelions in the City
parks. Jim will check with the County to see if we could get
them to spray on a contract basis.
The Library is putting together a 3 year plan and also
updating their policy manual.
Cheryl reported that the new radio and encoder for the
ambulance is working great, but they will need a headset for the
back.
Mike Atkinson and John Rosenberg will be going to Helena
this week to CJIN for TAC training and also the Board of Crime
Control to check on grant money.
Jim reported that according to the Solid Waste Bureau we
need separate certification for both the landfill and transfer
site.
Don reported that we are about half way through reviewing
the 1992-93 preliminary budgets.
Discussion regarding the ADA. It is imperative that we get
the old Library building ready to move the court and Council
Chambers over there as soon as possible.
