Bids for gravel and asphalt will be opened June 30th at 5 p.m.
Grade and gravel the fire land behind Western.Drug from Western Drug
to SE 4th Street (undeveloped land)
Write letter to Bob Mace asking him to repair the alley between W.
Maryland and W. 12th Street on the west side of 12th Avenue.
Alley at 613 Wyoming needs gravel.
Grade 14th Street and Willow Drive.
Write letter to Schessler Ready Mix with copy to Henry Kline regarding
smashed culvert end at 6th Ave. and W. 2nd Street.
Engineer will check on drainage problem at 915 E. 8th Street (Ed
LaPrath)
Engineer will check alley problems at 707 Juniper, 702 Locust and
703 Juniper.
Blade alley at 416 Yellowstone.
Federal Aid Urban Systems, change priorities from 8th Ave. to 1st Ave.
Engineer will check on drainage problems at Birch and E. 4th Street,
14th St. West & Beartooth - needs 12" culvert to drain into the
gutter on 5th Avenue, 208 E. Maryland - install curb and gutter
from 1st Ave. to Penn. Ave. if possible, Cedar & So. 5th Street -
open ditch through park, 6th Ave. & W. 3rd Street, 7th Ave. &
W 5th St., E. side of 7th Ave., W 9th St. & 10th Ave. - clean
ditch, Wyoming & E 8th Street - drain inlet, 220 Woodland -
repair culvert
MC250 oil for blacktop
Chip seal west from lst Ave. above 7th Street and chip seal streets
every 5th year
