STREET & ALLEY COMMITTEE

PLACE OF MEETING City Hall

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
VILLAGE SUBDIVISION:
There was discussion of possibly installing Street Lights at
Village Subdivision.
Marv Carter moved to have a Resolution for Street Lights in any new
or future developments. Seconded by Larry Peterson. Motion carried.
Marv recommended that paving be allowed to be done prior to the
original date (August 1) moved to April 1st, weather permitting. Seconded
by Larry Peterson. Motion carried.
PORTA-PATCHER:
Motion by Larry Peterson to purchase the Porta-Patcher from
Jumbo-Equipment (Casper). Seconded by Marv Carter. Motion carried.
Larry moved to reject the bid from Western Equipment Company because
it doesn't meet Specs. Seconded by Marv Carter. Motion carried.
BEARTOOTH SID:
Larry Peterson moved to not allow storm water run off from the
Beartooth SID to run on the City's side. Seconded by Marv Carter. Motion
carried.
EASEMENT:
Larry moved that the Street & Alley Committee ask Security Federal
Savings & Loan, in writing, for a 10' easement on the alley side of the
Willow Creek lots south of West Maryland from 8th Avenue West. Seconded
by Marv Carter. Motion carried.
CUL-DE- SAC'S:
Marv Carter recommended no more cul-de-sac's in any new developments.

TRUCK PARKING-RESIDENTIAL:
Larry Peterson will check into weight limits for on-street parking
for trucks in residential areas.
