A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:

No Answer from Security Federal Savings and Loan on the easement requested.
Motion by Larry Paterson to establish a 201000 lb. weight limit for on street
parking for tractor-trailer combinations or large trucks. Seconded by Richard
Herr and was passed. This was turned over to Joe Bradley to Craw up a resolution.
NEW BUSrYSSS:
Motion by Marv Carter to pave 8th Avenue between West 6th and 7th Street to tie
in with Long; Constructionts-work in the Spruce Grove Subdivision Apartment Complex
and this work to be done by Long; Construction. Seconded by Larry Peterson and passed..
Our cost is somewhere between ?12,000and 114,000.
Received a petition from residents on 7th Avenue between West 5th and West 6th Streets
to have their alley repaired as there is a drainage problem. Motion by Marv Carter and-
seconded. by Larry Peterson to have these homeowners from this area present at the
newt Street and Arley Meeting. Motion carried..
Larry Peterson stated. that he shot grades for West 3rd Street at 5th, 6th and 7th Avenues
for the installation of culvert to cure the drainage problem.
The replacement of curb and gutter where fire hydrants and drains have been repaired or
replaced was discussed and it was felt that it should be turned over to the Public
utilities committees
