OLD EUSINESSs
Motion by Larry Peterson and seconded by Marv Carter to abdandon South 3rd Street
as presented in MR Rieman and MR Riplettss petition with the city receiving; an
easement into this street. Motion passed.
Jan Stingley requested a grace period for the moving of the van from his alley
as he will either be expanding or moving his store and this would take care of the van
so a one year grace period was, granted.
The hole in front of the roller rink has been repaired.
The sweeper is moving again and hopefully it will stay that way.
The tires that were to be buried have been placed.
NEW BUSINESS:
Alan Lees asked what he had to do to annex 5 lots on West 12th Street and 2nd
Avenue into the city and he was told that the water line there would have to be
moved and it would be quite an expense.
Motion by 1,1arv Carter and seconded by Richard iierr to rent a. trailer for the roller
until one can be built at a cost of about 11830. Motion passed.
