OLD BUSINESS:
Sweeper is in action and is doing a better job.
Received another bid from Billings Sweeping Service and it wao rejected.
NEW BUSINESS
Committee gave it's approval to Chip and Seal Village Sub.
Committee gave Larry Peterson the go ahead to contact Harlan Lund at the County

The committee to check with the City Attorney on the drainage problem on West 6th
Street as to our legal rights concerning that ditch flooding the streets.
18 Larry to check the ordinance on the mowing of weeds as some people are letting their
weeds overrun the surrounding areas and if this ordinance covers all lots and just
not vacant lots then letters will be issued.
Check on culvert for 3rd Avenue and West 3rd Street.
The committee gave Larry Peterson permission to contact the company doing the paving
on 13th Avenue and West 12th Street to tie in with West 12th Street and 12th Avenue
to repair the holes that are there.
