A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:

STREETS:
Want to get a program lined up for next year so we will
have an idea of the areas that will be worked.
Discussed possibility of selling the Porta-Patcher, Ernie
doesn't feel it works as well as it could. He would like to try new
asphalt in it one time to see if it works any better. (The intersection
of 6th Avenue and West 1st as a test area).
There have been letters sent out on the Porta-Patcher and
there are some interested parties.
CULVERTS: '
Maintenance Director to check out the culvert on West 5th
and 7th Avenue-its been reported that the culvert currently there is
not handling the water.
The drain dip on 6th Avenue and West Maryland needs repairing.
SPEED SURVEY:
Speed survey between the interstate and underpass has not
been completed yet.
OVERLAY:
When the new overlay on Main and 1st Avenue is done, a new
tape will be used for marking lanes; this will save the City money.
The next meeting will be December 12, at 5:30 p.m.
The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
