A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by Russell Lingeri,
the committee: Irvin Weather-I

Bill Palm, Martha Palm, Richard Morrison
and Joe Bradley
Committee took Joe Bradley's advice and recommends that we close
South 1st Street west as per the resolution Joe will draw up for
Council.
Jim reported on Jim Worthington's recommendation regarding SID 108.
The residents.are very displeased-with the street. Committee recom-
mended they talk to Larry Herman and Jim Worthington and proceed from
• there.
Curt McKenzie asked for preliminary approval to form an SID to pave
Beartooth from the Big Ditch to 14th and the remaining west end of
14th. Committee agreed to the proposal contingent upon securing proper
engineering and legal services.
Jim said the curb and gutter is being installed on East Maryland now.
The committee,.upon Jim's recommendation, gave their OK for him to
accept the final street work just completed in Cherry Hills.
Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
