Members present: Chairman Mel Krug Bob Kettenring, Andy Lgebe, Richard Herr, Ernie Davis, Jim Flisrand B. Other's present: Sam Mourich, Curt,McKenzie, Larry Herman i A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by the committee: Sam Mourich spoke on behalf of the United Methodist C r wanting to install handicapped parking signs at the church. Committee recommends they furnish State approved signs and posts and the City will install them. Jim will talk to Joe about an ordinance governing handicapped parking, as the City will be having some handicapped parking soon. .Curt McKejXzje_ spoke on behalf of proposed SID 410.9. A tentative date of November 14, 1985, at 5:30 p.m., has been set to listen to the residents and McKenzie's requests. The obstacle is the difference between 37' wide streets and 45' wide streets. Ernie Davies states we now have the new dump truck. Ernie asked for permission to sell old grader to Wm. Krug & Sons. Committee requests the council's approval to sell it. Jim Flisrand said that curb and gutter should be installed by the new homes and lots on 1st Avenue between Mountain View and W. 12th before the State overlaps it., Respectfully submitted, Mel Krug, Chairman E 01 P 0 9( 10.E
