the committee:
Committee recommends to reject the Pioneer Equipment of
Butte bid as it did not meet the minimum specifications.

Committee recommends to the Council to accept the hid from
L & L Equipment for the Sun Vac machine as per Item #1.
Committee recommends to the Council to accept Hall Perr_y's
offer of $13,543.00 for our old sweeper as per Stem #3.
Meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
