A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:

After much discussion about Darlene Steinmetz' yard sinking and
not a very good sodding job, an agreement was tentatively reached.
She will get two (2) bids to have her lawn fixed and Jim will get
to Steve Kuhlman with them. If agreeable to the bids, Barry O'Leary
will probably pay to have one of the contractors repair Mrs.
Steinmetz' lawn. If that is done, Barry O'Leary and the City will
be clear of that job and it will be between Mrs. Steinmetz and
her contractor.
The drain pond on West 12th is being fixed as per Jim's recom-
mendation.
This committee goes along with the Police Committee on posting
15 mph at Kiwanis Park, Nutting Park and the E. 6th side of
Thompson Park.
This committee is recommending to have Jim talk to the State
and see about getting a left turn lane on So. 1st Avenue.
Meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
