STREET & ALLEY COMMITTEE

PLACE OF MEETING COUNCIL CHAMBERS
A. Members present: Chairman L. D. Collins
Ernie Davis, Jim Flisrand, Richard Herr, Chuck Rodgers
Chuck Rodgers asked about sweeping Main Street between 3 & 5 a.m.
so that the new Owl Cafe will have parking for their customers.
They said not possible because of the changing of all the signs.
L. D. Collins asked about the cut in the street at 4th Street and
Birch - when was it going to be repaired? Jim Flisrand said it
would be repaired about mid July.
L. D. Collins also asked about the high culvert at 4th Street and
Wyoming. Jim Flisrand said he would see if the approach could be
made longer.
Richard Herr said that the sand and gravel washed down in the
culvert at 5th Street and 7th Avenue from the alley of 6th Street
and 7th Avenue. Ernie Davis said he would look into this matter
and find out what was causing this problem.
Ernie Davis said that the chip and seal would be late (about July
15th) because of all the patch work being done.
Jim Flisrand said he would like to see all repairs done before
chip and seal is started.
Meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
