A quorum (3 or more) present, the.=following action was taken
by the Committee:
First Order of.Business: Street lights on 11th Street. After
a lengthy discussion a motion was made by Ervin Wood, seconded by
Chuck Rodgers to have steel posts with underground wiring at
or about 300 foot intervals with Council approval on cost factor
. from Montana Power. Motion carried.
Second Order of Business: Ervin Wood reported that on the 400
block of Durland Avenue there is
Jim Flisrand said he would try to find out what was causing it.
Third Order of Business: Chuck Rodgers reported that the sweeper
has not been sweeping 3rd Avenue to lst Street because of gravel
on the side of the road way. (explanation by Chuck Rodgers)
The meeting was adjourned at 5:.35 P.M.
