A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
First order of business:
Discussion on the proposed loading zone at the BN Complex. Motion
was made by Ron Marshall, seconded by Jim Flisrand, to draw up
an ordinance to make a 40 foot loading and unloading zone in
front of the BN Complex, with Council approval. Motion carried.
Second order of business:
Jim Flisrand reported that work will start on West Reartooth
the morning of June 16, 1989.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 P.M.
