by the Committee:
First order of business:
Bids for gas and oil. Motion by Chuck Rogers, seconded by Ron
Marsh to accept Co-ops bid of $19,177.20.

Street coli mix. Motion by Ron Marsh, seconded by Chuck Rogers
to accept Empires sand and gravel bid for $42,800.00.
Third order of business:
Graver. Motion by Chuck Rogers, seconded by Ron Marsh to accept
Krug sand and gravel bid $43,800.00.
Fourth order of business:
Street oil hot. Motion by Ron Marsh, seconded by Chuck Rogers
to accept Cennex's bid of $27,878.00.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
