A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Received Dick Black's resignation. Motion by Ron Marshall,
seconded by Chuck Rodgers to accept the resignation. Motion
carried.
Discussion on alley pick-up. It will be the first 2 weeks
in November.
If time and weather permit the crew will blade alleys in
November, where needed.
Discussion on repairing big garbage cans on East 3rd Street,
in the 200 block. It will be done in the spring.
Discussion on West Railroad Street project with the County.
Discussion on the East Maryland Lane project to be done in
conjunction with the County. There will be a road put in from
Washington to Alder.
Motion by Chuck Rodgers, seconded by L.D. Collins to adjourn
the meeting. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:27.
