A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the 1986 Directive from Mayor
Gauthier pertaining to snow removal. Jim Worthington explained
the directive, the route, and the. City staff procedures. The
Committee recommended that the directive be re-issued by the Mayor
with the same requirements and criteria except as follows:
First Avenue from Main Street to East 12th Street be placed
in the No. 1 designation (snow plowed to the center of the
street and removed as soon as possible).
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned
at 5:35 p.m.
