A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Al Hodges wanted to know if he and his neighbors could
be reimbursed for the gravel that they had put in the alley.
After a discussion a motion was made by Ron Marshall, seconded
by Richard Barnhardt that they be reimbursed at the City's rate,
with Council approval. Motion carried.
The burned out police car sitting on the sidewalk at Modern
Auto was discussed. Motion was made by Ron Marshall, seconded
by Richard Barnhardt to have Jim Worthington meet with Alan
Crowe and Mike Penne to get the car removed. Motion carried.
(The car has since been moved)
The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
