A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Mr. Foos would like to have the ditch covered on the east
side of Alder Avenue in the 300 block. After a discussion a
motion was made by Chuck Rodgers, seconded by Andy Loebe, to
find out what the cost would be for our half.
Cable TV would like to put a drop box for payments in the
alley. Motion was made to table this until a later date.
Sonny O'Day would like to have the approaches closed on ,
the east side of his business for safety reasons as well as for
extra parking. Motion by Ron Marshall, seconded by Chuck
Rodgers, to write a letter to the owner about closing the
approaches.
The West Pond Road (also referred to as Groshelle Pond
in past correspondence) will be tabled until after the County's
tax auction on March 27th.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m..
