A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
After discussion, a motion was made by Chuck Rodgers, and.
seconded by Richard Barnhardt, that it be recommended that
a 1991 Pickup be purchased from Fichtner Chevrolet. Motion
carried.
