It was stated that this is on private property. Peggy said the city
has done work on this line in the past but at the time we wrote him a
letter stating that we would not do any further work on the line.
Peggy said there is still water leaking but Mr. Bernhardt has it fixed

Dave said it is a small leak which appears as a wet spot on the
ground. It surfaces for a short distance and then goes back into the
ground. The leak is before the water meter.
Dave said this will be checked in the spring when the frost is out of
the ground. It has been leaking this way for four or five years so
something needs to be done about it.
It was questioned who would be responsible for the cost to repair the
line and Dave said it will be discussed at the next Public Utilities
Committee meeting.
