A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
The bids received by the City Council on July 2, 1991
were recopied by Jim Worthington with a memo dated July 5, 1991.

After reviewing it a motion was made by Ron Marshall,
seconded by Larry Thomas, that the contracts be awarded as
follows:
Petroleum products to Laurel Co--op in the amount of $18,686.00.
Street maintenance materials to Krug & Son in the amount
of $48,875.00.
Cold-laid Asphaltic Plant Mix to Midland O'Leary in the
amount of $42,000.00.

Liquid Asphalt to Cenex in the amount of $25,563.00.
