STREETS & ALLEYS COMMITTEE

Gail Brice
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
First Order of Business: Gail Brice asked about the dip on bth
Avenue. She was informed that it had been taken care of already.
Second Order of Business: Ricci's Food Farm and the Lodge would
like the alley fixed as the trucks have done damage to it.

'T'hird Order of Business: Casa Linda Circle, the water overflowing
i from 8th Avenue into people's lawns.
.Motion by Ron Marshall, seconded by Larry Thomas, that Jim
Ao? Worthington put in a burm on the west side of 8th Avenue, with
Council approval. Motion carried.
Fourth order of Business: Richard's Repair. He wants to park
at right angles to West Main Street facing the storage shed doors.
He was told that he would have to go to the state for a permit.
Fifth Order of Business: Chuck Rodgers brought up an issue of
a big tree blocking the view of motorists at Fourth Avenue and
Second Street. We will check the ordinances. After checking the
Ordinance 12.32.020 it states that the property owner is responsible
for keeping the trees trimmed so as not to cause a nuisance and
if necessary the City can remove any trees at the cost of the
property owner (Boulevards).
The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
