A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
1st Order of Business:
Coast to Coast. The complaint of the lawn mowers on the sidewalk
was withdrawn. The Committee took no action.
2nd Order of Business:
• H & R Block encroachment. Chuck Rodgers spoke in favor. It was
also noted by the Chairman that Ordinance 12.15.100 allows
exceptions to the provision. After a discussion a motion was
made by Chuck Rodgers, seconded by Andy Loebe to allow H & R
Block to place a wooden structure on a temporary basis (2 years)
with no tax to be charged and with Council approval. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
