A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Bids were opened and read for a new heavy duty one-half
ton truck with the following results:

Fichtner Chevrolet $ 12,239.15
A copy of the bid sheet and prices bid is enclosed for
.review. A motion was made by Gay Easton, seconded by Ron Marshall
that the low bid of Laurel Ford be recommended to the City Council.
Motion carried.
