MEMBERS PRESENT: Albert Ehrlick, chairman Dave Michael Andy Loebe Ron Marshall L. D. Collins Jim Worthington Cal Cumin Gay Easton A quorum of three (3) or more members being present, the following business was conducted; Discussion held concerning resolution No. 2320, passed December 1, 1987. The committee instructed Cal Cuinin to contact the State Department of Transportation and Jim Worthington to contact the consultant for property owners from Alder Avenue to Yard Office Road on East Maryland about the feasibility and costs involved on improving the gravel road between these two points. Most of the discussion involved including that portion of road into the Federal Aid Systems in the Laurel Area as the number one priority. Respectfully submitted Albert Ehrlick Chairman Attached Resolution No. 2320 r 1 U RESOLUTION NO. 2320 AMENDING AND ADOPTING PRIORITIES FOR FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEMS PROJECT IN THE LAUREL AREA. IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: 1. The priorities relating to Federal Aid Urban System Project described in Resolution No. 1914 passed and approved July 6th, 1982, are hereby amended and adopted as follows: 1. Maryland Lane - 6th Avenue to Washington, overlay. 2. Maryland and 8th Avenue, right-of-way purchase. 3. 8th Avenue from 7th Street to Main Street, reconstruction. 4. Maryland Lane from Alder Avenue to Washington Avenue, • right-of-way. 5. Airport Road, purchase right-of-way and construct. 6. 12th Street between 8th Avenue and 1st Avenue, investigate, design and construct. 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all documents and agreements to effectuate said priority list by said city. 3. The number one priority listed above is hereby approved to begin as soon as possible. Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on December 1, 1987, by Alderman Dickerson. L1
