A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1) Stan Bailey asked about hookup to water and sewer on Feyl
properties.
2) Committee moved to deny any reduction in Robert Basset's bill
concerning the work done on his curb stop.
3) Committee recommends that the Bernhardt water line be replaced
as per City Attorney's letter with a 2" copper line.
4) Committee recommends the BN be allowed to drop water service
to the Yovetich properties and.use a 2" tap with individual
water meters. The BN will stand the total expense.
