SPECIAL SEWER RATE COMMITTEE
DATE December 13, 1982TIME 7:00 p.m.

A. Members present: Chairman Duane BeY?m
, Larry Peterson , Rob Harris Lon Kellogg, Marvin Carter
B. Other's present. Del & Bruce Teeter
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Committee discussed rate structure and after lengthy discussion
a motion was made by Larry Peterson to adopt rate structure as
amended and prorosed on November 3, 1982, seconded by Lon Kellogg.
Passed 4--1.
Committee then met with Del and Bruce Teeters to discuss alter-
natives to their sewer rate surcharge. After lengthy discussion,
a motion was made b Lon Kellogg that the Laurel Creamery sewer
rate be as scheduled on rate structure and implementation of
surcharge will be as ind]'.cated on waste discharge permit, seconded
by Rob Harris. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
