PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMITTEE
DATE March 8, 1983 TIME 4:30 p.m.

A. Members present: Chairman Lon Kellogg
Chip Watts Larry Peterson , Don Cahill
DavQ Michael Paul Gjefle, Rob Harris
B. Other's present: John Pearson, Sprqnkpl (ITT 1 Corp.),
Curt Riemann (Little Big Man), Tim O'Malley (Suds Hut)
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee recommends the following action:
1. The City furnish a list to the Grinnell Corp. of the kinds
and sizes and allow them-to bid on the following Ford water
distribution products: curbstops, saddle clamps, corporation
cocks, repair clamps.
2. Not to pay the claim turned in by Phil Nash on a curbstop
repair until Mr. Nash appears before the Public Utilities
Committee and presents the facts.
3. To require permanent grease traps be installed within 60 days
of the adoption of these minutes at the following locations:
Taco Johns Suds Hut
Little Big-Man A & W Drive Inn
This action will also apply to any other location that creates
a grease problem in the City sewer system.
