A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1) Committee recommends Duane Behm be given an extension on moving
the house at-the sewer plant until the construction company moves
on site. Duane is having trouble getting the Board of Adjustment
to a quorum.
2) Committee recommends K-Decorators use an outside water source to
work and chlorinate the water reservoir.
3) Committee recommends a landlord agreement be drawn up by City
Attorney concerning water shut offs and presented to Council.
4) Committee discussed with BN the hooking up of their new rail plant
to City sewer. An on-site inspection was held Wednesday at 3 p.m.
with the committee'-and BN representatives.
Committee recommends allowing BN hookup with City Attorney's OK.
City Attorney has decided to opt for a "Waiver of Annexation"
from the BN as per ordinance adopted in 1979.
Tuesday meeting adjourned at 5:30, Wednesday meeting at 4:00.
