PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMITTEE

A. Members present: Chairman Lonnie Kellogg
Dave Michael Don Cahill , Larry Peterson
B. Other's present: Albert Ehrlick , Don Hackmann, Joe Bradley,
Duane e m, RKM ngineers
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1) Madsen Inc. has requested to drop their bid because of a
$300,000 error.
a) Committee recommends that Madsen Inc. furnish more
documentation on their error and hold up awarding the
bid.
b) Committee recommends to accept the air drive units.
c) Committee recommends a review of HKMs contract for
engineering work on the sewer plant.
• 2) Larry Peterson will_noti-'y K-Decorators that after July 6th
they will be in penalty time on painting the water reservoir.
Meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
