A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
A general discussion of K-Decorators bill was held. $18,790.00 has
been paid for work completed leaving a.remaining balance of $30,605.34.
This bill includes all patching and seam repair.
There is 40 days of penalty time to be assessed in the amount of
$20,000.00. The reservoir was finished August 17th.
Engard has filed a lien in the amount of $3,173.77, and notice from
the sandman of intent to do the same in the amount of $11,283.25.
Because of these liens the committee can make no recommendations.
Joe Bradley will ask K-Decorators for lien releases before any
further consideratlon.._of 'thy bill.
Rainbow Painting has asked for an extension on the standpipe. The
committee recommends denial of their request and urge them to start
by mid September. The tank will take approximately 14 days to complete.
