PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1. A discussion.was held on a ground-breaking ceremony for the
new sewer plant. Committee recommends having the Mayor, Council,
Department Heads, and former mayors Louis Yovetich and Larry
Herman.
2. Discussion of a new resolution for the BN hookup to the main
sewer line. Committee recommends passage of only the rail
welding complex at this time.
3. Discussion of Airport Authority:.s bill to fix the water pump
• at the airport. It is approximately $950 to $1,000. Committee
recommends this be turned over to Budget/Finance for further
review. The Public Utilities Committee will negotiate with
the Airport Authority on ownership of the well and pump system.
