A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1.) Lee Judson phoned at 4:35 and is held up in Casper, WY. Wants
to know when next PU meeting is. This meeting will be set
December.13th at 4:3 0 p.m. Lee will be notified by Larry
Peterson.
2.) A resolution listing charges against property owners con-
cerning work done on utility lines that have not been paid
by tax time will be passed.. This resolution will list
property and amount owed each year.
3.) Committee recommends Mayor appoint Sharon Herman to committee.
4.) Committee recommends Mike Wisecup at 1038 8th Avenue tax for
curb stop repair be removed from tax rolls. Mike is an innocent
third party in this matter.
5.) Water Department wil l shut off water on south side November 19th,
Saturday morning, to have less effect on commercial users.
The Fire Department and residents will be notified. This is
necessary to replace broken main line valves.
