A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1. Bill Bernhardt complained about a leak in the line installed
by the City. This will be looked into by Larry and Lon.
2. Committee recommends approval of.change order to install a
fire hydrant at new sewer plant and the extension of two days
on the contract.
3. K-Decorators presented their case against penalty time. The
committee can make no recommendations until a comparison of
daily logs can be made.
4. Committee recommends George Fox be reimbursed for corrugated
pipe used in meter pits. This is approximately $180.00 after
the delivery of such materials to the City.
a. New property tennants must not use meter pits.
Future meters must be installed in a dry freeze-proof
area.
b. Committee recommends those meters that are installed
in pits be moved up at City's expense as time will
allow.
5. Committee recommends buying 10 Badger meter bodies at $18.00
and 10 each of the chamber units at $9.00 each for experiment
with the crew.
