A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1. Committee recommends replacing sewer line on lst Avenue South
from A & W through SE 4th to the north side of SE 4th Street.
2. New annexation of Murray Heights will require 2 new fire hydrants.
This will be at the City's expense.
3. K-Decorators still negotiating with City Attorney on the $20,000
penalty.
4. Larry Peterson will contact the west end water users association
for the next meeting.
5. Committee recommends that a plan be developed and a fee schedule
be implemented for the sewer lift station.
6. There will be an inspection of the water reservoir tank on
July 12th.
a) Letter will be sent to Engard.
b) Certified letter to K-Decorators.
7. Recommend that a comprehensive plan be set up for water meter
replacement. In 60 days a general plan, additional 30 days a
detailed plan. A 30-day test to run Oct. to Nov.
8. Capital outlay items discussed:
a) tank truck
b) dump truck
