A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
I. Sewer Line: Tom Prill wants $2,880 (as of June, 1985) including
interest or the development of a sewer line 10 years ago. Tom
Frickel has agreed to pay this price or a negotiated price if
he attaches his sewer line on 8th Avenue. Joe Bradley will draw
up a written agreement.
II. Water Reservoir: City has accepted the water reservoir contract
work. Joe will negotiate with K-Decorators over the penalty time.
III. Gravel Ordinance on Utilities Lines: Committee has referred this
to the next meeting. Need more information.
IV. West Avenue Water Line: Alex Vogel's tap was replaced from a
dead end to the main line.
V. West End Water Users: The taps will be checked in November(this
was to be done in October.)
VI. Water Plant: During a recent visit to the water plant, three
men were working on a pickup truck. This is a very poor manage-
ment practice on the City's part.
