A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee: 1. DENNIS FRICKEL claims he is not hooked up to the`S'ewer line;
wants reimbursed for the-fee charged. Jim will handle this.

II- eHE+ITRON METER Bypass meter has been used. Jim and Dave
will look into this and report to the Council.
