Other's present: , A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by the committee: Mrs. Hanson 320 1st _Avenue, high bill complaint. Motion from - Dave Michael, second by Peg Kamerzel, to prove out meter at the water plant and bring results to next meeting before action on this matter. Carried. Standpipe Two bids were received: Nash Plumbing in the amount of $1,725 and Acme Plumbing in the amount of $4,445 plus time PIC- and materials on the open line. Motion by Dave Michael, second ,ypfrom Peg Kamerzel, to accept Nash's bid to fix the standpipe. Carried. Committee wants Jim Flisrand to discuss standpipe rates with . PSC and bring information back to next meeting. Mary H_olopeter, 611 Washington. Committee recommends that the $15 fee for re-connect be charged to the new resident. Motion by Dave Michael, second: from Don Meyers, to discontinue p?r'^r_ sorting of :water bills. Carried. , 10 D DeFrance Motel Committee recommends we turn the bill over to the City Attorney for collection. Committee recommends that the next time we change water bills to state the due date on the bill along with the shut-off date. Committee recommends that we turn the bill for Tim Hogan, 409 J,.Durland, over to the insurance company to see if payment can be made. Discussion of shut-offs for delinquent customers.
