A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
To`s? 1. DICK YOUNG, 706 2nd Avenue. Motion by Mel Baker, second
from L. D. Collins, to adjust the sewer bill because of / -
a water leak last winter. Passed.

2. FRED OTT Motion by Mel Baker, second from L. D. Collins,
to refund $15 turn on fee. Passed.
3. LEAKING DOWNSTREAM GAS LINES at the water plant are being
pressure tested and repaired now. Gas is turned off at
the plant.
4. LOTS HANSON, 320 1st Avenue. Committee recommends to check
meter calibration. Tabled until later.
